This is what we have all learned up to now – a way of thinking about health which includes counting calories, carbs, proteins and fats, and trying to figure out how much of each I am supposed to be eating and how much is in this food in front of me.  Most of us have learned that obsessing about all these details, endless lists of restrictions, and counting every calorie you consume is the way to live a healthy life.  We work out until we are exhausted, yet see few true, lasting results.  My coaching will help you explore simple, practical changes that work with you by gradually shifting your behavior and habits.  We explore what you truly need to take your health up a notch, make goals for your health journey, and travel together to Aware and Vibrant Living.
